Our Mission

With more than 30 years practicing in the psychology field, Drs. Birringer and Olshefsky are emotional fitness experts dedicated to inspiring a culture of connection where all employees thrive with their wellbeing intact.

The Birringer Group, established in 2020 by founding partners and lifelong friends Drs. Jill and Lisa, grew out of their immediate response and desire to provide support and resources to disrupted workers during the global pandemic.

Drs. Birringer and Olshefsky met in graduate school in Chicago in 1992 and quickly bonded over their shared professional interests and goals to help people grow, adapt and achieve self-defined success. This shared passion continues to drive the mission at The Birringer Group of promoting wellbeing and emotional fitness both within people and their workplaces.
